| In order to guarantee our products' freshness, our cookies are baked and sent out the same day. We offer Free Delivery by United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, with Delivery Conformation. It usually takes 2 - 3 days. Although rare, we do not accept responsibility for USPS failing to deliver the package according to their guaranteed number of days. You will be notified by email the day your cookies are shipped, and when they are delivered. All orders will ship within 12 - 24 hours from the time you place your order. ( Holiday orders may take longer to ship, so please order early ) Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be shipped the following business day. 2008 Postal Closing Dates We take online orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery in the US. We do not ship outside the US... Except for Military. We can not guarantee the freshness of your cookies, if the package is sent out of the country. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all APO/AA, APO/AE, APO/AP, APO/FPO Boxes.. You will be charged an extra $3.00 per pound on all your orders. Delivery charge for Shreveport is $10.00 / Bossier City is $15.00. Orders placed by 5 PM CST Monday-Friday can be delivered on the following business day by 6 PM CST. You can ask for this service in the comment box. Requested Delivery Dates: Your order will be shipped from Hickory Hill Cookie Company to arrive on your requested delivery date. Undeliverable Packages: Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information, or recipient no longer at address, which is then returned to Hickory Hill Cookie Company, will not be refunded and will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost. Regarding untimely pick-up, USPS will deliver the package at the delivery address, unless the driver determines that the location is not sufficiently secure. If this happens, a notice will be left for the recipient to pick up the package at the Post Office. If delivery does not happen and the package is not picked up, the perishable package will be sent back to Hickory Hill Cookie Company, will not be refunded and will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost. For Hospital Deliveries: You must specify a room number. We add a special sticker to the package with a name and room number. We are not responsible for gifts once they arrive at the hospital. It is solely the responsibility of the hospital to arrange delivery to a specific room. For Hotel Deliveries: You must specify a room number as well as provide the hotel phone number. We add a special sticker to the package with a name and room number. We are not responsible for gifts after they arrive to the hotel. It is solely the responsibility of the hotel to get the package to the hotel guest. Returns: Our cookies are perishable we cannot take a return on any item. If an item does come back for any reason and needs to be re-shipped, we WILL NOT use the same cookies and will charge for new cookies to be used in the gift. This is a safety issue and it is important that the recipient gets fresh cookies. Cancellation of an order: As soon as you place your order it's put into our schedule. If you cancel your order, we'll be happy to return any credit card authorizations minus $5.00. If your order has been shipped we can not refund any amount. If your gift arrives damaged: Although rare, sometimes cookies arrive broken or damaged, so we ask that you retain all product and packaging for inspection and your claim must be made within 3 days from the time the gift is received.
